She has led three groundbreaking university research studies uncovering the pervasive grip of perfectionism in today’s organizations. Her work spans industries and leadership levels, helping executives and teams build cultures where trust is a measurable advantage.

Vitale’s journey isn’t just about corporate results—it’s about personal transformation. Overcoming her own battles with perfectionism and addiction fueled her drive to write her 2020 memoir, Addicted to Perfect, become an iPEC-certified executive coach, and inspire thousands as a nationally featured speaker.
