Trust Yourself First: The Foundation of Powerful Leadership
Many women leaders are trusted by others — yet quietly struggle to trust themselves.
In this opening session, Vitale explores how perfectionism, over-functioning, and external validation erode self-trust over time, and why self-trust is the true starting point of powerful leadership. Participants will examine how second-guessing, over-preparing, and seeking reassurance show up in their leadership — often without realizing it.
This session lays the foundation for leading with clarity, confidence, and calm, helping leaders reconnect with their intuition, strengthen decision-making, and show up with greater presence — without needing to prove worth through performance.

This intentional break allows time to reflect, recharge, and connect. Attendees are encouraged to pause, move, and informally discuss insights from the opening session — allowing the concept of self-trust to fully land before shifting into leadership application.

The Trust Advantage: How Leaders Build Credibility, Clarity, and Confidence
Trust doesn’t happen by accident — it’s built through consistent, intentional leadership behaviors.
In this session, Vitale bridges self-trust to leadership trust, showing how the way leaders make decisions, set boundaries, communicate, and show up under pressure directly impacts credibility and influence. Participants will explore why over-explaining, people-pleasing, and avoiding discomfort quietly weaken trust — and what leaders can do instead.
This session reframes trust as a strategic advantage — not a soft skill — and provides practical insight leaders can apply immediately within their teams and organizations.

Trust in Practice: A Leadership Conversation
In this facilitated conversation, Vitale sits down with another senior leader to explore what trust really looks like in practice — beyond theory.
Together, they’ll discuss moments where trusting themselves changed how they led, how trust is built (and sometimes broken) inside organizations, and what leadership looks like when leaders stop proving and start leading with clarity and conviction.
This conversation brings the morning’s concepts to life through honest reflection and real-world leadership experience.

What Comes Next: Turning Trust Into a Leadership Advantage
Awareness is the first step — but trust doesn’t sustain itself without intention.
In this closing session, Vitale pulls together the day’s insights and helps participants reflect on what it takes to move from understanding trust to actively building it — personally and organizationally. Leaders will explore the gap between insight and execution and gain clarity on what it truly requires to create cultures rooted in trust, accountability, and clarity.
Participants will leave with a renewed sense of direction and a deeper understanding of trust as a leadership system.

Lunch, Meaningful Connection & an Afternoon at Keeneland
Following the morning program, attendees will enjoy lunch, live racing at Keeneland — one of the most iconic horse racing venues in the country — and unstructured time for connection, conversation, and celebration.
The afternoon is intentionally designed to give women leaders space — to relax, reflect, network, and enjoy time for themselves in a setting that invites ease, joy, and meaningful connection.
